The main home has the main bedroom with two walk-in robes and an ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3, a bathroom and separate WC, an island kitchen, dining, living, an alfresco and the laundry.

The wing has its own entry, living, dining and kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in robe, a study or fifth bedroom, its own bathroom and its own alfresco. It suits living with parents or adult children. If you’re thinking of renting it out, ask me about the rules for your area first.
